30 DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please let us know.
In the instance that Custom Branding made an error with your order, or if you received a damaged/defective product, we have a 30-day replacement policy beginning on the date of your delivery confirmation.

Mistakes happen, so PLEASE review all submitted artwork, spelling, uploaded material, and product descriptions at checkout to ensure a great customer experience. We love creativity and what our customers design, so you are responsible for proofing your order. We will not call you because you used a “Z” instead of an “S”, because everyone has their own style and we respect the creative process.
DAMAGES AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find your item is defective, damaged or a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 30-days so that we can evaluate the issue.
If you have a problem with your order, again, please let us know. Because we are in the business of customizing products, we do not offer monetary refunds. In any circumstance where a refund has been issued, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take up to 14-days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless otherwise stated, customized items are non-returnable. All costs accumulated in use of our Digital Design Services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
